Her dress is backless and the skirt is full circle and has a white satin feel petticoat underneath it. The dress is trimmed with white lace and ties at the back of Patty's neck with a white ribbon. Patty has gold safety eyes and a diamond coloured crystal heart for a nose.
As with all Rev Joys bears she is individually made and no other bear will look quite like her.
